We offer a returns period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. After 2pm, orders will leave the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
Deliveries to the UK will be made by DPD courier services
We are unable to make deliveries to P.O. or Mail Boxes which also unfortunately includes army bases.
The below UK locations are only available on a 2 day delivery service which will carry a flat £4.99 delivery charge:
Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Scottish Highlands which includes postcodes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postcodes.

You can collect your click and collect parcel with the DPD pass and 1 form of ID/ or 2 forms of ID, one official photo ID e.g. Passport, and one paper e.g. a utility bill
All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery, however if you are not going to be in, please click here for alternative options that you can arrange with DPD after your purchase as been made.
